  • Wedding planners allow you to fully embrace the joy of your wedding day without stressing about what is happening behind the scenes! At Amusé Event Co. we pride ourselves on our ability to serve as your wedding confidant. We provide our couples with much-needed industry experience, best practices, and insight to help navigate the wedding planning process with ease. We believe this process should be FUN and it is our mission to make sure it is nothing but that!

  • Wedding planners are hired to support couples on more logistical tasks such as booking vendors, creating day-of timelines, and overall wedding day communication. Wedding designers are hired to curate a cohesive wedding day look. This could include anything from table settings and signage to large-scale floral installations and backdrops.

  • As far in advance as possible! With each of our packages, we are available to support you throughout the entire wedding process. From the very beginning, we can help with anything from vendor recommendations and budgets to designing the overall look and feel of your wedding.

  • Our process begins when you submit our inquiry form. From there we will start with a kick-off call to get to know you and your wedding needs better!

  • Our packages start at $3,500 and increase from there. We also offer a consultation package for couples who aren’t sure how much support they will need in the planning process!

  • To a certain extent, yes! The main services we offer are event management, partial planning, full-service planning, and wedding design. If one of our packages does not fit your needs, we would be happy to create a custom package for you or begin with our wedding consultation services.

  • We generally work with wedding budgets ranging anywhere from $50,000 to $100,00+. In our experience, the biggest factors to consider for your wedding budget are the number of people invited and the location of the wedding.

  • When you hire Amusé Event Co. as your wedding coordinator, we work exclusively for you. We are with you throughout the entire wedding process and have a high-level view of your wedding vision and vendors. A Venue Coordinator works for your venue and is ultimately in charge of ensuring the venue is functioning for your event. As wedding coordinators, we will work closely with your venue coordinator to ensure your day runs as smoothly as possible.

  • Yes! Our owner + lead planner is located in Austin, while our assistant planner + designer is located in Grand Rapids. We work together throughout the wedding process and chances are you’ll see both of us there on wedding day! We’re also available to travel for couples interested in destination weddings outside of Austin and Grand Rapids.

  • Our process for destination weddings is very similar to our local weddings! We will conduct any meetings virtually and if necessary we can be available for an in-person site visit before the wedding day. Additional travel-related expenses may apply for out-of-town weddings.
